Esteem

Sample, purchase, or stream all tracks

Self-esteem comes with esteem for life, esteem for those who give you life—Creator, mother, family, and esteem for those who help you to seek a higher Self and an authentic path. It is important to have Esteem for all these entities. They represent body, mind, and spirit.

‘Some Sing’ is the 3rd Pauri of the Japji Sahib (Song of the Soul) by Guru Nanak. Its rhythm and roll came after seeing a 4-year old Sikh boy chanting with his mother on social media. When chanted 11 times daily, it provides self-esteem.

‘I, My, Mind’ is a specific practice that gives us the power to step into our destiny with so much confidence that others will follow. Click on the image below for instructions, and enjoy!

‘Aap Sahaee Hoa’ has the unique characteristic to clear not only negativity from the subconscious, but also from one’s immediate environment. Just chant or listen.

‘(What’s so Funny About) Peace Love & Understanding’ was an Elvis Costello hit, and an anthem for many of us in the punk/new wave scene in the 1980’s. Nick Lowe really hit the nail on the head asking that question. I have attempted to answer it by adding my own last verse.

The rest of the tracks are stock and trade of the Kundalini Yoga practice. This is not to minimize them in any way, because when listened to and optimally chanted, they remove obstacles, kill fate, and magnify your destiny. Use these tracks for Joy, Expansion, and Peace, Love and Understanding.

I’ve chanted these mantras and sung their songs to many beautiful outcomes. It is my hope you can do the same.
